01 / THE PLATFORM
Work rarely lives in one system. Neither should the assistant helping you do it. Ask in everyday language, bring in the right business context, and move from information to action.

03 / BUILT FOR YOUR ORGANISATION
Breezebot works within the signed-in user’s access. Your organisation decides which systems are connected, which actions are available and where people need to approve the next step.
Use approved connections and existing permissions. Application access remains an IT responsibility.
Review proposals and agree the actions a workflow can take before putting it to work.
Keep records, visual results and colleague tasks alongside the conversation that started them.
04 / SECURITY & IT OVERSIGHT
Give your people a company-approved way to work with AI. Breezebot brings requests, connected tools and agent activity into a shared workspace, where IT can define access and retain oversight.
Move AI work into an approved business environment. Employees get a practical way to complete tasks, with the connections and permissions your organisation has chosen.
Breezebot works within the signed-in user’s access. Additional application access stays with IT, so an employee’s request does not become permission for an agent to do anything.
Agree owners and human review points for each workflow. Use NoCode-X’s agent logs to investigate execution and understand where work needs attention.
START WITH ONE USEFUL CHANGE
Choose a starting point. Put the task, tools and desired result into a brief for your first Breezebot workflow.
A focused first step. Room to grow.A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Breezebot gives employees an approved workspace for AI-assisted work, using the connections and access your organisation has configured. IT remains responsible for application permissions, while workflow ownership, human review and NoCode-X agent logs support oversight. Bring the task into that environment and agree its boundaries before putting it to work.
No. Breezebot is an assistant for employees. The starting point is the task and its result: finding information, preparing answers, working with records or coordinating colleagues. When the process needs an application or workflow, NoCode-X provides the building blocks behind it.
Breezebot uses available NoCode-X connections and workspace tools. For each workflow, the required connector actions, account access and permissions need to be checked and configured. A listed integration does not mean your account is already connected.
The available actions and review points depend on the workflow configuration and user permissions. Automatic proposals for incoming colleague tasks wait for the recipient’s approval before execution. Agree the appropriate review steps for each use case during setup.
Availability depends on the deployed Breezebot version, connected services and configured permissions. Use the workflow brief to confirm what your chosen scenario needs and how its results will be tested.
